Everything in our universe acts to increase entropy, it is one of the most fundemental laws of nature. The highest entropy, most natural state a being can occupy is death, as life is a low entropy system that requires constant energy to occupy.
If entropy works in the same way for the world of DnD, then I would argue that bringing things back to life via necromancy defies nature itself, and should be treated as such.
