The suspect admits to shooting people at Crocus City Hall, that he was offered around $5,400 to shoot ‘anyone’ - and that the terrorist act was organized on Telegram with an unknown person who provided weapons.
The attack was being prepped a month ago.

Anybody who believes this bullshit is a fucking idiot. This is just crap the FSB is saying to pin the attack on the Ukrainians and idiots are falling for it even when IS has specifically said it was them.
Damn, $5400, that’s how much human lives cost. But seriously, who is doing this for such a low sum?
A lot of ISS terrorism (and I think other organizations) it’s presumed you will die and the check goes to your family. In certain parts of the world, that’s a fair amount that could prop up a poor family.
There are lots of people with absolutely nothing. There are lots of people who live in places where this is a lot more money than it is where you or I live. There are lots of people who are desperate and want to take care of loved ones in both scenarios.
Also, there are shitheads who just don’t care. I don’t know which one this is.
In rubles that has to be a tidy sum.
