Almost Nobody wants to live around all black people. Even black people. At 13% it’s fine. at 40% it’s fucking dangerous. They are so tribal. They never fight one on one they attack in packs. The white people who live in that environment have to adapt to be so insanely tough to survive. always have like face tattoos. Black people in Atlanta average IQ of like 85 but have high levels of testosterone. So you have a whole bunch of really tough dumb people trying to prove they aren’t dumb. And worse that gives them a breeding advantage there. So every generation you get tougher and dumber blacks in us black cities. You do have a high level of high iq black folks who own much of the property there and they are fine. Maybe a little racist.

Most the immigrant black people I meet from like Nigeria are fine and I love all my black coworkers, friends, college classmates. But they are not your average A town black guy trying to sell you a album. I will pay any amount of money not to live around that.
