Idk if this is the right sub. I spend a lot of time on r/cryptids but this didn’t seem to really fit that sub.

I’m laying in bed and like literally 10min ago my whole room starts glowing bright red. And it just slowly got brighter for like 20 sec and then sorta faded away through my open 2nd floor balcony door. There is no one outside with a light, and Ive got nothing that produces a light

I was fully wide awake and conscious, I thought it might have been sleep paralysis but as I started looking around freaking out I realized I was in complete control of my body.

You guys have any clue to wtf I just saw?
