People who don’t understand tech are making tech policies.
But honestly, I think they are just trying to prevent adults from using social media.
It can hurt politicians more than cable tv can.
Our governor is generally sane, I’d be surprised if he supports this. Our state legislature on the other hand is exactly this stupid.
Government doing what government does best… stifling innovation in the name of “protecting our children” while heroin dealers go free on the streets. Utter nonsense!!

I fail to see how this would even be enforceable.
I like my first thought being an AI changing all the content to speak down to the user. “Does wittle baby want more pown? Who’s a good baby! You are!”
I think I spend too much time with my toddler.
