Just wanted to share some ways in which I use NTFY for getting notifications on lots of different scenarios. An image is worth a 1000 words, so I included there some notifications I’m receiving as of today.

Feel free to share your own use cases, could be with NTFY or not.

Currently, I’m getting notified on Linux system updates, when my backup to Google Drive is performed, when a new movie is downloaded, etc… If you guys have any questions on any of these notifications, please ask. For those unaware of NTFY, here’s their webpage:

edit: I see a lot of stuff about alert fatigue, just wanted to reiterate as the title says, these are meant to be examples/ideas! Not saying any of these should be used (or not), and all these were manually triggered for showcase purpose only. Regards.
