I’m very chill, almost always in a great mood, low maintenance, great roommate. Living with Mom, Dad and siblings has been good, we got to a mutual understanding after 7 years together, we lived in harmony. Until…
I was napping in my bed, when something startled me. I’m not usually bitey, but you know how it is, I bit without looking and unfortunately my Mom’s face was in the way. I think she was hugging me or whatever. I didn’t even break skin, it was more like my teeth touched her chin. I was like “oh, no, sorry!” And I thought that was it.
But was that it? Nooooooo. Ever since that day my Mom’s behavior has been toxic. She calls me The Face Biter. If I scream because I want something, she’ll be like “Better give it to her or she’ll bite your face”. She announces when she’s approaching me so she won’t get bitten.
I can’t live like this anymore. I bit her once in 7 years, doesn’t that count for something? It was an honest mistake!
I don’t have a job right now so I cannot afford to move out and they keep the doors locked, so no chance to escape.
Can I write a cease and desist? Are there any laws against making your adoptive daughter stressed out? Should I bite her until she stops?
