Why are their so many police ? It’s like 3 police for every 2 nurses.

Can confirm. We are terrifying beasts built of withering sarcasm and battle hardened dark humor.
And fuck the police this time in particular for being “union members” willing to break a strike
It’s almost as if they never gave a fuck about you in the first place, never had any obligation to protect or serve you, and also get to enforce their own interpretation of the law regardless of common sense.
Someone needs to get their secondhand MWRAP down there, STAT. It’s obvious that this a riotous mob that needs suppressing. Also get the second chopper in the air.
Nurses are very dangerous, you know. With all those nursing doodads and things like needles. I’m surprised that there isn’t even one tank there an they are this close. They should keep that in mind when they call in air support or an artillery strike.
/s just in case
They are weak.
Numbers make them feel strong.
Idk 2 if the person doesn’t want to move makes sense to be able to easy carry them or drag them. If apart from not wanting to move they resist to movement a third one is helpful I guess.
That said they can be just 3 and take turns picking 1 at a time. Although probably more is better but not need strictly then 3 per person.
It might also help avoiding multitudes joining them that weren’t on the original group.
Weird, I feel like there’s a word for people who have no choice whether they can work or not and are typically compelled to do so with violence.
Just basing this off the thumbnail - but it looks like they’re facing arrest for blocking the roads rather than not going to work?
However the way they’re surrounding the protestors is absolutely fucked up.
What are the tactics behind strikes like this? I’m unfortunate enough to have pigs in my extended family, so I know first hand the savagery they lust after. I do everything I can to minimize my exposure to them.
Exposing yourself to cops like this seems so risky. Why don’t the workers just stop working and go to a park and have a BBQ?
Having thought about this some more, I imagine a big part of doing this is communicating a message to more than just the employer. But it seems to me that could be done via digital channels that would avoid the need to risk life and limb while also being able to reach a much larger audience.
Hopefully someone with union / strike experience can chime in.
