      What do you possibly mean? That is clearly a bag of ground, how can it not be grounded? /j :P

      EDIT: 7 hours and I just got your joke. Don’t mind me, going to sit in a corner and rethink my existence.

      I’m not sure. If the metal plate that it’s all attached to is grounded, then it would be grounded.

      It looks to me like it allready was grounded like that before someone added the bag.
