    Quebec is going to court against it because obviously the government in place is stuck in 1965

      I wish people would read an article before commenting on it. It specifically addresses this.

      Quebec’s ruling does not apply to all possible multi-family structures. Polygamy, where one is married to more than one spouse, is prohibited in Canada. The judgment is also limited to multi-parent families that were together before the child entered the family.

    Good news, but sad it took until 2025 for us to get here. And I hope its not actually limited to just 4 parents. These arbitrary limits need to end.
