    T-Mobile is a dysfunctional company, their actual network is good to great in my experience but they seem to be incompetent at literally everything else.

      I agree. The network has been pretty solid for me since ~2016, but i pay with giftcards rather than risk my CC info to them. No thanks.

    Is this the app or the website? I can log in on the website fine. I have no desire to have the app on my device because lord only knows what data it collects. No thanks.

    This was updated sometime since this post. Now they are honest and say prepaid is not supported.

    Please take note of rule 2.
