It could be cooked or dry, with or without other ingredients

Good idea, I’m concerned it would tear though

Your bed is seeing a lot more action than mine is, clearly

I would be more concerned eating the bed, personally ;)

I opened this post thinking I’d learn some new idiomatic expression I didn’t know about. Like “it is not a pasta you’d sleep on”, or “don’t sleep on my pasta, you idiot”, or “your ravioli pillow is pathetic”. But alas…

Don’t let the pasta get cold before sleeping on it

If you sit by the pasta for long enough, you will see the body of your enemy sleeping on it

    Best: Pearl couscous.

    Worst: dry angel hair.

Surely a short pasta like fusilli or farfalle would have more sharp edges than angel hair. Penne is like a scaled up hypodermic needle.

I’m thinking after the angel hair gets broken. I’m imagining something like fiberglass or itching powder.

    I’d imagine cooked rigatoni.

With the mass amount of pasta in addition to it’s cylindrical shape creating somewhat of a cushion maybe that one?

Uncooked any pasta sounds like hell for sleeping on as it’d become a bed of pasta shrapnel

Uncooked orzo might be a solid contender though. Cooked pasta will turn into mush if you lay on it

I’m going spaghetti, I can maneuvere it into different positions easily. I could loop it, lay it out, squidge it into a ball etc and i’d have options

Potato gnocchi? Is there any other kind of gnocchi?

That said, I’m a fan of Grand’Italia Farfalla to sleep on, don’t get their fusilli though. Tried that a few weeks ago, I still have the marks on my body.
