Finished this a few days ago. It’s been on my WIP list since last year’s pride, so it felt good to finish it during pride month this year.
Still needs a wash and framing (washing in warm water will erase the grid), but just happy to finally finish a WIP!
[Image description: A cross stitch of a screaming opossum, sitting in a flower bed of purple, pink, and blue flowers, holding a bi pride flag. The aida fabric has a faint grey grid woven in to the fabric itself.]
I got a homie that’s bi and absolutely obsessed with possums. He 100% needs this on a tshirt.
Ah! This is super cute I love it! You did a great job!
When possum Peter woke up early wanting bugs to eat
He decided some fresh fruits could also be a treat.
Remembering the month was June, he made sure to grab his flag
Not wanting anyone to think his motivation lag
“Oh Peter please, don’t use that one!” His neighbor implored
“But it’s true of me” of this conversation, Peter was bored.
It wasn’t one or other: he didn’t have to decide.
Peter carried his bi flag, on his errand, with pride.
I love this so much!
Awesome job stitching!
That is amazing work!
As a bi person with a possum tattoo: This. Is. Perfect.
I bet they’d love it on /c/possums@possumpat.io
Are possums really popular with bi people, or is that just coincidence?
as a bi person who loves opossums: i think they’re really popular with queer people in general!
I don’t think I’ve heard the opossum one. In the Aro spaces is been all about the garlic bread.
POSSUM
It looks amazing, good job!
Oh that’s so wonderful! Great job!
