      Or even better, if that prevents you from falling back asleep and now you’re half-awake when your alarm would actually go off. Lousy REM sleep cycles…

        happened to me the other week. briefly though about trying to go back to sleep but I was just so awake I decided to just start my day. Man it was aweful later.

        Happened to me today. Woke up before my alarm went off with only 6 hours of sleep and I’m still very confused.
