No, it’s not. I buy a good Android, replace the software with a Free ROM, and ride it more than half a decade, updates and all.
Putting your own OS is just an unbeatable feature.
Sad day for free and open computing, as well as a sad day for privacy.
Google is worse for privacy than Apple.
