Which is also fine. Then you haven’t bought anything that they break after the fact. They just cancel all subscriptions.
Thanks, that’s the first I ever heared about at home euthanasia. I’ll have a look!
She has a tumor the size of an egg on her throat. It’s growing and will press on her windpipe more and more. I don’t want her to suffer. Slowly suffocating is a terrible way to go.
Thank you. Some kind of griefing ceremony sounds like a great idea!
Ohh, that book is a great suggestion! I’m going to look for it in our library.
Between 5 and 7, depending on when the kid wakes up. I’m a night owl and struggle to go to bed on time.

“Bicentennial Man” with Robin Williams and Sam Neill. It’s about a robot who gains consciousness.

…no? They are allowed to do that. Chat Control was about making it a requirement for all communication software, breaking encryption in the process.
Edit: scratch that. I read the article again…

cd with superpowers and memorygrep with superpowers

Note that this is for KSP1, not the terrible flopped KSP2

If firefox dies before a viable alternative exists then the Chrome lock-in won’t ever be broken.
My cats used to sleep on the bed. But one of them has a tendency to go into the hallway and meow loudly at nothing. So, since we had a kid they had to stay downstairs in the living room. I will occasionally “forget” to close the door downstairs though 😄
Cool! Thank you! My wife has it on PS5 but it looks way more manageable with mouse and keyboard
Good old Dia: http://dia-installer.de/
I have a HP microserver running Debian and Docker. But it runs far more than just HA. It runs all my self hosted stuff except for my pihole.

This week I finished “Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark” (EGS freebie) and launched my first rocket in “Factorio”. Both are great games.
For Darkside Detectives, the site nicegamehints.com was really useful. It contains a lot of hints for games that help you without spoilering stuff for you. Great if you get really stuck.
Factorio was great too. I will definitely be playing more of it, but I’m taking a break to prevent burning myself out. I finished with every research unlocked and a Spidertron built. I used zero imported blueprints. But my factory was structured in such a way that it was impossible to grow much further without tearing most of it down (scaling up oil is hard!).
For now I’m playing “Far Cry: Primal” which I had in my backlog for some time. The first few hours have been fun but installing almost made me refund it. Ubisoft Connect is horrible and the service wouldn’t sent me the confirmation mail I needed. And after that the game bugged out on my high DPI display, until I figured out how to change display setting without a mouse. I’ll think twice (nay, thrice!) about buying a Ubisoft game in the future.

I got my new gaming laptop during black friday sales, a few weeks before the AIpocalypse started. The exact laptop I got then is now 400 euro more!
Ohhh, this may finally make me switch from Gnome to KDE
