I just type yay and it updates. -Syu is for pacman.

I’ve been using RockAuto forever, and even now it would be my first choice, but with the reciprocal tariffs coming, it might be harder.

Remember, the biggest parts retailer in Canada is still Canadian Tire and PartSource. The few times I’ve needed parts that were too heavy to ship like batteries and stuff I goto PartSource. My mechanic sources all his parts from PartSource as well.

I just bought next year’s stuff on RockAuto: air filters, wiper blades, Wix oil filters etc. Even with shipping and exchange it was massively cheaper than any Canadian option. I’m sure the reciprocal tariffs on auto parts will affect that but that’s why I ordered ahead.

I’m all for buying Canadian, but none of this stuff is made in America and any Canadian site isn’t getting the bulk discounts RockAuto is getting.

My wife has a very public facing job and she is very blunt with the things she says, I made sure all her accounts can’t be traced back to her employer. Anything she posts on her separate public accounts goes through AI first, to sanitize it. She’s not a bad person, but she doesn’t pull her punches. In person she looks like your standard severe Chinese woman, so it doesn’t bother people when she’s blunt with them.

I bought an xbox360 for gta5. I bought a PS4 for RDR2. Both still have the discs in them because that’s all they were used for.

It’s always funny seeing people outside the usual LitRPG/Progression Fantasy crowd reading the book, because that’s very much who it was written for.

The jokes are dumb, sure, but they’re pretty similar to the kind of humor you see throughout LitRPG. I was actually subscribed to his Patreon for most of the series’ development, which is probably part of the reason I never ended up finishing it, I was reading it in bits and pieces for too long.

That said, there are much better series out there, including some that are actually complete. If you’re interested in the genre, I’d especially recommend some of the original Russian LitRPG, like The Way of the Shaman series by Vasily Mahanenko.

Found out at 38. Was tired all the time, went to see doctor, did bloodwork and my testosterone barely registered on the test. Was sent for genetic testing and found out I’m chromosomally mosaic. So I have both Kleinfelter and Jacob’s syndromes. Both conditions make you very tall, I’m 6’ 7". Jacob’s is rarely diagnosed, about 1 in 1000 males and less has been studied about it. Being tall, having ADHD/Autism (which I’m currently waiting to see a psychologist about) and asthma are the common signs.

I have Kleinfelter Syndrome, I was on anastrazole until I found an Endo who specializes in hormones. Turns out I was being prescribed way too much testosterone, keeping my estrogen levels in check was fun. Now I no longer need to take anastrazole and that’s a load off,

I have a Sceptre ultra wide that was priced much more affordably then its competitors. I’ve long searched for more Sceptre products with little success.

Most people don’t have a family doctor, so hospitals are unfortunately the only option. Walk-ins are hit or miss. The last walk-in I went to required appointments and they were fully booked up for weeks.

My family doctor was pressured into taking a much higher patient load to help alleviate shortages and I can see the effect it’s had on him. Where before I got excellent personalized care now he’s trying to refer me to specialists to offload the burden. I still only wait a week max to see him, and in emergencies I can get a same day appointment but I can see the toll it’s taking on him and it worries me about his long term health.

At first its novelty, then it starts to make sense, and then you can’t live without it. I’ve tried to switch to other DE’s a couple of times including similar ones like MangoWC and I always come back. I used Cosmic for 30 mins before I ragequit and went back to Niri.
