My point was more about the providing safe spaces to sleep in their car. That’s weird. Did anyone ask for that? What kind of solution is this? Was a lack of safe car camping locations the problem that should have been addressed or should the lack of real housing have been addressed?

I slept in my car a lot while I was in college, but I wasn’t homeless. It was just more convenient. “Safe” was the location wherever my car was parked, I would just avoid parking it in unsafe areas.

No, they’re saying we need to be WAY more proactive before the primaries to replace the traditional corpo-dems with people that will be substantially more progressive, and substantially further left on the overton window. Those candidates need to win their primaries and fix the party that’s currently broken by the corpo-dems.

The Supreme Court can be fixed a lot faster than FL. The problems in FL are now institutional and happening at the educational level. If we somehow waved a magic wand and fixed the education in FL tomorrow; it’ll still take at least 18 years until those people start working and integrating into adult society.

It’ll take at least 20 years to undo the damage, but probably closer to 30 or 40. You’re going to have to convince an entire generation of un/under educated people that they were un/under educated.
