Destiny died for me the moment they started taking away content I paid for. Destiny was at its peak at the end of D1. The expansions were good, the events were fun, they found a rhythm. Then the beginning of D2 was a big step back and we had to figure it all out again.

These losers can’t read the room. Energy prices have skyrocketed, and we’re all stuck holding the bag again, just like we always do. Also, since this is blatant propaganda, why would anyone use wind or solar if it didn’t work? Simple question. God what a clown show.

That hasn’t been in my bubble. Comic aside, I see it as another chapter in the huge issue that is how young men are growing up without identity or direction. Malicious cons and grifters that make up “the manospehere” are filling in the gap, and we’re seeing the consequences.

Conversely, I’ve also grown up understanding the great lengths and pressure women have to perform their own “looksmaxxing” since forever. That’s also kind of an identity crisis that applies to the whole world.

I don’t think it’s either one or the other, though. Generally, people want to be attractive and attractive people usually get better treatment from others.

Just another thing that sucks, IMO. Another human problem that needs solving.

To add that the general understanding of how DNA works and is used can be scary, just like other measurements. I bet there’s still a lot of people that believe fingerprint analysis is some kind of rock solid science based evidence, but my understanding is that it’s very much prone to errors and interpretation.

I don’t mean to say that DNA analysis suffers the same flaws, just trying to illustrate with an example.
