I wear glasses and haven’t found it to be an issue m’self. But there are definitely tradeoffs.

I find the in-ear ones impact my earwax and cause infections.

I had to spend $20 on a replacement PHONE cable recently. I thought i had a couple spares, but didn’t. And nobody carries them anymore. I finally found a store a 20 minute walk away and he semsed my desperation.

You could go there a few days without a 12 hour flight and jet lag. Often had deals subsidized by gamblers.

I can fly to Kelowna or Victoria for a long weekend, but they’re not going to have Cirque du Soleil exclusive shows.

You can only travel from where you are, not from where you wish you could be.
