    Nissan had TOS that said they’d monitor and sell your sex data.

    Not really true. Just said if they did happen to, that you’d consent to it.

    It really just saves them a lot of energy to write something akin to “we may royally fuck you in every way imaginable” because they know no one reads it anyway.
