There’s so many great anime that just get ruined by saving the world arcs. Same with TES games, I never finished an of the main stories because everything else was just so much more fun and immersive.

In oblivion you get to mantle both sheogorath and the shezzarine pelenial whitestrake, though who’s to say if they’re not just two aspects of lorkhan.
