I think we’re all pretty bummed that we “have to” vote for Biden. He sucks. He’s also the candidate of a party in a 2 party system. We have no choice. It is a shitty system. I’m confident that in a more democratic system of representation (abolish the electoral college, implement ranked-choice voting, etc) we would all spend considerably more time talking about “the best” candidates that match our views most closely, but unfortunately in this country there’s really not much point.
The most depressing part is he legitimately might win.
And if he doesn’t legitimately win, he will make damn sure he wins illegitimately.
