Lawful neutral is one of the Ferengi from the Lower Decks episode Mugato Gumato where they were farming Mugato horns before being convinced by the away team that running a nature sanctuary would be more profitable.
Chaotic evil is cousin Gala, the weapons dealer with his own moon.
Clearly Rom is neutral good and Moogie is chaotic good.
