Just looked him up :( Assuming this guy has access to actually money, I never understand why they don’t just hire a cleaning service to regularly help them out. This guy looks like he’s battling some serious depression and I speak from experience when I say that having a clean(er) room helps massively with that. I’m not perfect about it, but I also don’t have the money. This feels less like laziness and more like depression. The other guy comes across as confident but lazy.

Yeah, he definitely has mental health issues. He also has a real tooth count in the single digits. He’s part of a wider group, they should really get him some help. I agree that XQC is probably just lazy or did it as a bit. People seem to forget that streamers play a character most of the time.
