My wallet will probably regret asking, but I’ve sort of run through my normal suspects list of reputable teaware sellers (Bitter leaf, Yunnan Sourcing, Teaware.house, a few now-defunct sellers). Does anyone have suggestions for reputable sellers? I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking for, but I’ll know it when I see it!
Depending on where you live Aliexpress might be an option for you. It may take a while to get delivered and ordering fragile items to be shipped around the world is always kind of a gamble but you can find a lot of beautiful teaware there. In my experiene you get a lot better results searching with chinese characters (e.g., 盖碗 instead of “gaiwan”) or finding something you like and then scolling to the “other customers also liked” section or the rest of that store’s offerings.
