Exactly as the title says, do you guys think Reddit will buckle and at least be more reasonable or maybe even reverse their current decisions?

    Sadly no and they don’t need to. Users of old.reddit and 3rd party apps are a small minority of reddit users so they won’t notice a major drop in traffic.

    On the other hand, the percentage of contributors (those who make posts and/or actively comment) who fall into that category is higher. Losing those people will make Reddit a lonely place but that will be a gradual thing.
