If you have an account on the other instance it’s very easy, add the account and you can switch between them in like two button presses, if you want to migrate your account to a new instance, it’s currently not possible

Hamburger in the upper left > click the username drop-down (might say anonymous if you’re not signed in) > click Add Account
Just did that to add Beehaw.
