Up until this point, a PlayStation Network account was not required to play the game on Steam.

    By clearly stated, they mean, in small letters further down on the steam page that nobody reads. Just like a cheeky terms of services…

      check both EULA links on the steam page. Nothing about this is in either (even now). So it’s literally just the banner.
