I spend most of my time outdoors in nature.
I work at my computer all day and I work from home. I’m a gamer but being behind my computer all day has started to get to me.
Going outside and gardening or biking is a nice break from the screens and seems to be one of the only positive things for my mental health these days. It helps that I live in beautiful area.
Winter time is a dark period…
I bought a gaming computer and a VR headset.
By not going outside :D
