Our pet pigeons are being attacked from both the sky and the ground. Eagles were hunting them, and now snakes are entering their pigeon home and swallowing them. The eagles represent the proud and explicit threat of the white conservatives. The snakes represent the insidious and hidden threat of the white liberals. It’s tragic to be born as a prey animal. My dad has now opened their cage permanently, to let them fly away so that no more snakes will breed after eating them. The cage represents the security net of China that we emigrated from. The price of gaining freedom is exposing yourself to the dangers of the world. Thoughever even if you hide in your cage you still risk death.

Can relate somehow. I have pigeons, and the outside world is pretty dangerous for them. Fuck eagles, I hate eagles. And also fuck snakes, which hurt pigeons. But keeping them sheltered is hard work, you have clean up and provide food.

Also a danger if sheltered pigeons fly out: other pigeons. They can have diseases from which your pigeon can die of. So be carefully meeting other pigeons in your allegory.

You’re right, the Asian diaspora community has a massive race traitor problem. Asians will sell out their souls to liberals/conservatives for approval, which doesn’t even work.

Hawks try to eat my chickens often, but my rooster has stopped them before even when they’ve had one in their talons. This is true, but in relation to the allegory, I’d say the rooster represents the vanguard, standing up against the hawks and preventing them from taking away the chickens. Before it reaches that point, the chickens work together to keep an eye out for threats, staying vigilant and warning each other of impending danger. The chickens are the masses, and they have a duty to each other to prevent the intrusion of the hawks, but even the most vigilant will miss some signs of danger, and that is where the rooster vanguard steps in to fight back against the imperialists. We need community, solidarity, vigilance, and vanguardism all in tandem.
