Can’t innovate anymore so they have to buy up the people who can
Honestly, good. This is the better approach. Hopefully it bodes well for the next GTA.
It just prolongs the end. If they can’t innovate it’s just a dead company walking, using their corporate power to squeeze the life out of the old original thoughts they had.
RIP.
I wouldn’t expect this to make gta better, just less competition for rockstar now.
In an ideal world, this would mean that they’re beginning to understand that moddability gives their games a lot more longevity. But, I highly doubt that’s what’s going on.
