Hi everyone

Do you know if it’s possible to easily copy the seed of an image without having to click on “Info” then include seed" and then copy the seed?

Thanks for reading

There isn’t quite a way to unless there’s a “copy seed” button somewhere in the info overlay. @perchance@lemmy.world

Also a tip: you can also bring the info section by clicking on the title or description at the bottom of an image in the gallery.

Thanks, I’m thinking of something, do you think it’s possible for the Perchance developers to make it so that when you download a generated image, the default name of that image is the Seed?

I think so. If you want to make feature requests then you can make a post and/or make a comment with tag @perchance@lemmy.world just like what I’m about to do.

Also @perchance@lemmy.world when I click on the download page on any image it always brings me into a new tab with the image file. Is this some sort of bug?

on Beautiful People I placed an M button on each generated image that takes it to a screen containing the seed, guidance scale, prompt, and antiprompt; which is more than and including what you are asking. Yes you can have a button on each image that gives it’s seed; but you have to code it on yourself and it won’t work on gallery images. Also the basic text-to-image plugin actually has a field where you can customize what the images are titled and there are multiple ways you could have the title and seed be the same.

In your two posts I have read, it sounds alot like you should be using the base text to image plugin and getting that under your own power rather than the t2i framework. That’s what I did, cocell did, vionet did, and probably a few others; and is why our generators can look unique and easily do both these things you have posted questions about if we wanted.
