The character of the President is introduced and his deep friendship with Leon established in quick cut flashbacks in the same scene that begins as he is already shambling towards Leon moments before he’s killed. Just amazing writing 
How many first families is Leon personal acquaintances with? He’s chummy with whomever Ashley’s dad was who was POTUS in 2004 as well as the zombie president in office during 2013. I guess he works for the Secret Service so he gets invited to all their barbecues
I suppose that’s fair about Leon. But it’s still Claire who she develops a relationship with, over the course of the game. I just wanna see more of that ¯_ (ツ) _/¯
They really did my girls dirty. Claire just gets side games, and Sherry only shows back up in RE6, and is referenced in some extraneous content. I think Claire is also in a few of the shitty RE movies?
But Sherry in RE6 is… Honestly really boring. She becomes a cop, and is just kinda the sidekick to an equally boring edglord.
It would’ve probably ended up looking exactly like Leon’s and Sherry’s interactions in 6
I think Code Veronica is a main game even if it doesn’t really get treated that way these days. I still wanna see Capcom try to tackle all the goofy and dated shit in that game
Every Resident Evil main character is a cop, soldier or agent outside of Claire, Billy, Jake and Ethan so her chances to become one were pretty high. Also, Jake Muller is easily the lamest character in the franchise and it’s painful how clearly Capcom thought he was cool
