Eggs, Salmon, Chicken Breast and Edamame are some of my favorites on the list.

    Hahaha true, but even your sources only say that it is healthy “to some degree” because it does indeed have limited vitamins and minerals (very low potassium, calcium, and not much else besides sugar (though by weight not as much), just a ton of water which most people don’t drink enough of. It’s not bad per say, just delicious and not too much to it. Still, way better as a dessert than almost any treats!
