I read that, but shouldn’t that also factor when accepting the role? I just cannot believe that someone taking PhD course without months of planning. Or is it the plan from the start that she takes the role as Executive Director until her PhD course set in stone? I don’t known. I agree that if you cannot juggle both roles, it is a responsible move to take one and leave the other. It is just the foundation kinda big her up so much at the start, then after a short tenure she leaves the role. That rubs me the wrong way. Still, I wish the best for her and the foundation going forward.
