Normaly one would open the image in full-size and long press to save as photo. But there seems to be no option dialog from Lemmy?

The direct image hosted link is this: https://i.postimg.cc/nVkD86R6/IMG-20230409-185502.jpg That is a link from a free image hosting site that functions like imgur did before it became useless trackerware: https://postimages.org/
