Weird to think but the only time you see woman zombies in a Biohazard game are in 2 (and they are scantly dressed for sex appeal) and 4 (women villagers of Pueblo). Kind of funny because the series started off strong having kickass women like Jill and Claire then as time went on it was ditzy damsels like Ashley and supermodel meets badgirl in Excella Gionne.

To be fair, you also had new characters like Sheva and Helena

Then again, Helena’s subplot involving her sister is probably the most iffy in the entire franchise. The same game also has the absolutely insane plot where a high-ranking US government official and member of an Illuminati-type organisation got rejected by Ada Wong so he spent billions of dollars and killed 12,000 women to create a virus that would turn a lady into an obedient Ada clone

6 is so incredibly bloated, stupid and wrong-headed it must be seen to be believed. Capcom spent obscene amounts of money to try to please every single type of RE fan on the planet but they failed miserably

It is such a misbegotten spectacle of moronic excess I highly recommend playing through the game at least once, preferrably with a friend. You will laugh, cry, groan and scream at the screen

I legit don’t know if the TG in “T+G virus” is just a coincidence. In 2003 they didn’t have that much lore to play with and they probably didn’t want to come up with anything too crazy for a spin-off outsourced to an outside studio so they probably just figured they’d combine the already existing T and G viruses for the game’s new threat
