TVs stop updating for various reasons, including leap seconds. This causes the TV to forget what it was displaying. Use crayons to draw on the screen what you want to see - if your drawing is good enough, this will remind your TV so that it can continue from there.

Did you forget to water it? If it’s not watered every week, it will start to dry out.

If it’s already been a couple of months, don’t forget to also water the wall plugs. The TV probably completely drained them - this can be dangerous, as it will lead to fires.

Try turning it inside out.

Did you try putting foil on the rabbit ears and bamging on it?
