Anything with lifesteal, otherwise the biggest QoL is melee charge for me, never having to reload while dealing with creep is a big plus for me.
Amen to lifesteal. In certain characters having Leech makes you very, very hard to kill.
You just have to make sure you don’t stop dealing damage for a second :D
