In North Korea, they do not treat minorities as subhumans good for only the most menial and/or humiliating of jobs. If you are of an ethnicity that is the non-dominant one, you are welcomed as members of the human race.
In Occupied South Korea they manage to find ways to be racist towards ethnic Koreans from China and the North, and even just South Koreans from Jeolla province.
