recent: tears of the kingdom, or as i like to call it botw 1.2, its the same thing all over again just with one or two added gimicks, the open world is dead, npcs are boring and nintendo just got away with it like that

not so recent: i cant stand persona 5, joker and his entourage are annoying teenagers, the time management is a horrible gameplay addition and the artstyle is just a visual overstimulation

with that being said,~~ plz dont kill me~~

    Skyrim combat really doesn’t have many interesting things going on. Melee combat has very few options. Magic starts hard with too few mana and gets overpowered once you reach enchanting 100 (even without any bug abuse). And stealth archer also gets boring eventually. Fall Out 4 was a lot more fun with all the diverse guns (especially with modifying them yourself).

    I did really like the world of Oblivion and Skyrim, the worlds are filled with towns and NPCs. This felt so much better compared to Fallout 3. Fallout 4 had a lot more community going on and you had more diverse safe locations compared to Fallout 3.
