Looks like a 22lr (post history supports). Honestly you may have some issues with wear over time but I don’t foresee actual serious injury (beyond bandaids) in a worst case scenario.
I used to work at a gun store and range. We would burn the targets in a barrel out back. Once time, a .22lr dud was tossed in and one dude got a weak shot of unsupported .22lr in the crotch through a 55gal steel barrel.
YMMV, but even “weak” rounds can ruin your whole week.
