Howard Lutnick told CNN that he believed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who could have a position in a possible Trump administration, was right about debunked vaccine claims.

I’m wagering this is just pandering, not that he’s actually a vaccine skeptic.
Think something like Cucker Tarlson who (while talking up how dangerous the covid vaccine was (just asking questions and such)) almost definitely got one.
It doesn’t matter if it’s pandering or they know it’s a lie if they then turn the lie into policy. The rest of us take the risk of death from it just the same
