Last night I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time in years. I never experienced seeing any figures at other times, but this time I did. I saw a woman in her 40s-50s, skinny, mid length dark hair. She looked like a regular woman you would see anywhere.

In the morning I told my partner about what I saw. He said he saw the same person standing at the end of the bed while he was wide awake. Our descriptions matched exactly.

I’ve experienced other spiritual events, but nothing like this before. This is the first time I’ve seen a person so vividly. Other times I’ve experienced things moving, taps turning on etc, but nothing like this before.

I just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone can relate to this.
