Bernie is right. There are a lot of doctrines that liberals/leftists have accumulated since GamerGate that are stupid. One of them is this whole “don’t talk to the right” thing. Hell, the fact that Harris was able to “win” an interview on Fox is proof of that. If she went on Rogan and did well, it would’ve been that but bigger.

Honestly just about every idea millennial progressives had in terms of messaging sucked. Congratulations, you created some safe spaces for yourself. Now people like you but younger have no fucking idea what’s going to happen to them. Sincerely, one of the only zoomers on Lemmy.

    Bullshit title.

he was asked by host Dana Bash about the blowback he received years ago after appearing on Rogan’s podcast and receiving his endorsement.

“Yeah, I think that’s fair enough. Look, you’re going to have an argument with Rogan, agree with him, disagree with him. But, what’s the problem with going on those shows?

He wasn’t defending Rogan, just saying if you want to go on and make your case, fine. “Blasts” is absolutely not warranted here (if ever).

So Harris went to Texas right before election day to talk about abortion rights but couldn’t be bothered to sit down with Joe Rogan who has the attention of a lot of young males? A demographic that Harris really needed?

Kamala probably could have squeezed a trip to Texas in to be on JRE. It probably would have been better than whatever she did instead. Also with how she got slaughtered in the voting booths, it probably wouldn’t have mattered overall.
