If anything, you’re the one being disingenuous. “Pointing out what a moron this guy was is not the same thing as agreeing with Nintendo’s shitty legal practices.” We know what these corporations will do, they’ve been very clear about it. At a minimum don’t go advertising that you’re copying their roms and selling them. This guy advertised to the world who he is and what he was doing. Is Nintendo still shitty? Yes. But geez, don’t make it blindingly easy to figure out who you are.
