And then lemmy.world admin turned off signup for a little while to clean up bot accounts. Then account numbers jumped 84k in one day. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

There was a post that has code snippet that tells lemmy admins to turn on email verification and captcha.
And then lemmy.world admin turned off signup for a little while to clean up bot accounts.
Then account numbers jumped 84k in one day.
Coincidence? I don’t think so.
