The article called all the people falconers, so I’m taking that as all these birds can fly. It seems though, this could be a business opportunity for rescues as well. Especially in open areas, having a bird of prey just chilling there would probably deter most of the birds they want to keep away, so being unable to fly would still let them get the job done, while also being an attraction to guests.
