    Kinda annoyed by how the WFC side of things tends to promote their TikTok. Would rather bird app or even reddit than tiktok.

          Hate that people just gift their data to these companies or in TikTok’s case to China. Part of the reason that brought me to Lemmy.

            To be fair, I don’t care as much about data in general. Mostly cuz I think anything that they can get, they will get, anyway, given I’m using an American phone on public (ish) American Wi-Fi. Just don’t want that specific country having that much access to me.
